Good news for motorcycle owners in NCR! The Land Transportation Office – National Capital Region (LTO-NCR) has released another batch of backlog motorcycle plates to dealers — covering thousands of motorcycles whose plate numbers have long been pending.
This move aims to fast-track the distribution of motorcycle plates and ensure that more Filipinos can finally have their official plate numbers.

As of April 30, 2025, the following quantities of motorcycle plates have been released:
- LTO-NCR NRU (MV File Numbers: 1301, 1303, and 1801): 5,000+ plates
- LTO Quezon City District Office (1380): 19,000+ plates
